All items purchased on our site can be returned within 14 business days from the receipt of your order. To initiate a return, simply complete the return form accessible from your customer account. Once your request has been submitted, our customer service will review it and send you a return authorization by email within 2 business days. This authorization is essential for us to process your return.
We ask that you return items in their original condition, with their packaging and labels intact. If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept your return and the item will be returned to you. Once your return is authorized, follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email. A prepaid label will be sent to you to facilitate the return.
Return costs are covered for any order returned from mainland France. For returns by post from Europe and the rest of the world, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it. If everything is in order, a refund will be issued within 14 working days, directly to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchange
If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, this is possible free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply fill out the form specifying the desired size or colour from those available. We will reserve your new item and send it to the original delivery address as soon as we receive your returned product.
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with all the necessary details. Please note that each item can only be exchanged once, but if necessary, you can always return a product using the standard return procedure.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receipt and validation of your return. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, and the time frame may vary depending on the payment method used. For credit card payments, the amount will be credited directly to your account. For payments via digital wallets or other applications, the funds will be reintegrated into your wallet.
If you have received the refund confirmation but do not see the funds appear in your account, we advise you to contact your bank. If you need further assistance, our customer service is at your disposal for any assistance.
