To create your account on the Amin Kader website, enter your email address, which will serve as your username, along with the required information in the appropriate fields. Once your registration is complete and your account is validated, you will be able to access all the features of the site.
Can I edit my account?
To update your personal information, go to your account area by clicking on “Account” and enter your username and password. Then navigate to the appropriate section to update your details or preferences.
I forgot my password. How can I log into my account?
Click on the “Forgot Password” link available on the login page. Enter the email address you used when creating your account. An email with a reset link will be sent to you immediately. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive it.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
To subscribe to our newsletter, enter your email address in the designated field located at the bottom of the page. You will receive exclusive first access to news from the House of Amin Kader, new collections, and special invitations.

How should I care for my Amin Kader pieces?
Each Amin Kader piece requires special care. We recommend following the specific instructions provided on the garment’s label. If in doubt, opt for professional cleaning by a specialist experienced in handling delicate and precious fabrics.
How can I select the right size?
A size guide is available on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. We also encourage you to check the specific fitting advice for the model concerned. If you are unsure between two sizes, you can contact customer service via the contact form or visit one of our boutiques for personalized advice.
How can I check the availability of an item?
The availability of items is indicated on each product page. If a color does not appear or a size is grayed out, it means it is currently unavailable.
The product is not in stock. When will it be available again?
When a product is out of stock, we strive to restock it quickly. Some pieces from Maison Amin Kader are unique or produced in extremely limited quantities, so they may not be restocked. We invite you to regularly consult our site or to contact our customer service for any additional information.
Can you notify me when the item is available again?
If the item you want is not in stock, enter your email address in the section provided on the product page. You will be informed as soon as it is available again.
Do you offer customization or bespoke services?
A made-to-measure service exists on certain pieces and is exclusively available on request. We invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form or to visit one of our stores to benefit from it.
The bespoke service is exclusively available in store and by appointment.

Can I place an order without creating an account?
It is possible to place an order without having an account on the Amin Kader website. However, we recommend creating an account to benefit from personalized order tracking, view your order history, and save your shipping and billing addresses in your address book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Carte Bleue, JCB, UnionPay) as well as payments through apps such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is the payment secure?
We use Shopify Payments, a trusted and certified e-commerce payment solution that ensures a highly secure environment. Your data is encrypted and protected in accordance with international standards. You can make payments with complete peace of mind, as your information remains confidential.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify it. However, you can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To do so, contact our customer service at the following address: contact@aminkader.com .
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can change the delivery address by quickly contacting our customer service ( contact@aminkader.com ). We will do our best to respond to your request.
Once shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

What are the delivery options and associated costs?
We offer several delivery options, including standard delivery, express delivery and next day delivery before 1pm. Fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
Has my order been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow the delivery status of your package in real time.
What should I do if I am not home at the time of delivery?
If you are absent during the delivery, our logistics partner will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You can reschedule a hand delivery or collect your package from a nearby relay point.
I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If your package has not arrived within 5 working days after shipment and you have not received a delivery notice, check its status using the tracking number sent by email. If necessary, contact our customer service for personalized assistance.
Will my signature be required upon delivery of my order?
Yes, to ensure the safety of your purchases, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not available, follow the instructions on the delivery notice to reschedule a delivery and collect your package.
Return & exchange
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return one or more items (non-personalized). The items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with the labels intact and accompanied by their original packaging.
How do I return my package?
1. Log in to your customer account and select the order in question.
2.Follow the instructions to request a prepaid return label.
3. Schedule the collection of your package or drop it off at the nearest relay point.
How much does it cost to return a product?
Returns made with the prepaid label are free in Metropolitan France. Contact our customer service at the following address: contact@aminkader.com to receive the latter. Please note that the initial shipping costs are not refundable.
By which payment method will I be refunded?
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The amount will be credited to your account within 14 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Can I receive my refund through another payment method?
Refunds are made exclusively to the original payment method. If this method is expired or invalid, please contact our customer service to find a suitable solution.
The item I received is defective, what should I do?
If an item is defective, please contact our customer service within 48 business hours after receiving your order, attaching photos of the defective item. If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will guide you through the next steps and proceed with an exchange or refund according to your preference.
