Each order placed on the Amin Kader website is prepared with the greatest care and shipped within an average of 2 to 4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping

All orders placed on the Maison Amin Kader website are prepared from our warehouse, depending on available stock. If your order includes several items, it is possible that they will be sent in several separate packages. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow its delivery. If you have a customer account, tracking is also available in the "Orders" section.

Our deliveries are provided by Chronopost, Colissimo and DHL Express, depending on the most suitable mode of transport. We would like to inform you that all shipments are processed automatically and that it is unfortunately not possible to speed up or delay an order once it has been validated.

International Order

International shipments are subject to fixed shipping costs. Depending on the regulations of the destination country, customs fees, taxes or import duties may apply. These additional costs are fully covered by Maison Amin Kader.

To ensure smooth delivery, additional information may be requested by the carrier. These requests can be made by email, phone or SMS. If this data is not transmitted within the required time, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Delivery restrictions

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver perfumes and candles outside of mainland France. For Couture pieces and other categories available on the website, please consult the delivery areas mentioned in our general conditions of sale.

If an order is sent to an unserved destination, it will be automatically cancelled. In addition, the delivery address must correspond to the location of the site on which the purchase was made. Any order placed from a different location will be cancelled.
